To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 工廈鋪頭細細,但非常有驚喜!! 平日晚上同朋友去到,人唔多,計埋我地4枱客。樓面,收銀同廚房都由廚師叔叔一腳踢。但係叔叔非常有禮貌同有耐性。由於叔叔一個人一腳踢,上菜速度都比較慢,但可接受。我地叫左糖醋東坡肉,鰻魚炒飯,芋頭魚。所有都非常非常有驚喜!其中大推糖醋東坡肉! Officially 鋪頭閂10點,平時餐廳930已經會提你last order 同10點閂。但叔叔好chill咁完全冇趕我地走,重同我地講慢慢唔駛急。非常appreciated. 一定會再回頭食

由於叔叔一個人一腳踢,上菜速度都比較慢,但可接受。
我地叫左糖醋東坡肉,鰻魚炒飯,芋頭魚。
所有都非常非常有驚喜!其中大推糖醋東坡肉!
