To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友生日黎食，呢間係佢choose 既，一食覺得So far係我食過最滿意既high tea!!除咗本身set外，仲有free flow雪糕、crepes、waffles、macarons、水果等等，只係$328(渣打信用卡仲免加一！) 。佢既雪糕係自家製，好有誠意，款式好多，而有好多特別既味，eg芒果糯米飯味同我都幾like既鹹蛋肉鬆味！我好中意佢既crepes, 係即叫即整。而佢個set既scones我打包左，隔左幾個hours先食又冇番熱都好好食！不過最上個層甜點就比較甜，都係mousse同cream個種，比較"流".Service亦好好，有live彈鋼琴同拉小提琴，叫得上係5星酒店，覺得可以encore!
