套餐中的北京填鴨也恰到好處,不太肥,也不太瘦。
其他餸菜(如素翅,鮑魚花膠)味道也不錯。
吃過幾個菜,感覺不會中伏,便再點一個之前在openrice內見到有人稱讚過的蔥油餅。熱氣,香氣加上酥脆的外皮,下次一定encore。另外最喜歡的是它的甜品:桂花酒釀小丸子,酸甜度恰到好處,消解了一餐吃得太飽的滯感。
我們點了二人套餐,加了一個蔥油餅,三人便非常飽。
打算下次會再約朋友去,叫多些餸菜。
因為本來沒有打算寫食評,所以沒有拍照,但後來實在太滿意,所以也在沒相片的情況下寫篇食評。

Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
