To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

初嘗粥底火鍋，海鮮非常新鮮，好抵食！$198/位 海鮮包括基圍蝦，鮑魚，肉蟹，大蜆，兩款不同既細蜆，依先後次序分別放入鍋中。每人分到兩隻大蝦，落鍋個陣仲非常生猛，好新鮮😱隻蟹斤兩十足，啖啖肉，十分鮮甜，令人回味！而蜆洗得好乾淨，一粒沙都冇，份量仲唔少添😆而魚就較多骨，但一啲都唔腥。食完海鮮都五分飽。套餐包括六款自選配料。我地揀左肥牛，黑豚肉，雞肉，魚滑，腸同莞莤。比起海鮮，肉類就遜色得多，肥牛同豬肉都好多肥膏，而雞肉幾嫩滑，唔錯👍🏻食完配料後加入粟米，南瓜，芋頭，蛋漿令粥水變杰身。隨後再加上豬油渣，莞莤，冬菜，蔥同菜腩煮成粥。粥底帶點咸香，好鮮味，為今餐畫上完美既句號😆全程有職員服侍，計時，更換碗碟，服務值得一讚。海鮮好高質！一定會再回頭😋😋😋😋
