To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五晚上與好友到此以社企形式經濟的高級日式料理餐廳,既有美食亦可以做善事,一舉兩得。叫了一支山羽櫻,好清甜,跟之後的soft crab shelf roll同sushi好夾。前者炸得很脆,口感比一般上抬已軟焾焾的好百倍。後者亦有份新鮮感,明顯材料是貨真價實的。 之後的炸物一流呀,粉一啲都唔厚,crispy到我哋都一致好評。煮牛脷好特別,完全唔似牛舌,似牛肉一樣。我通常好抗拒呢一部份嘅牛肉,但今次完全無問題可以接受。最後送上嘅荔枝味雪糕為今晚的短聚劃上完美的句號。隔離抬叫的和牛同刺身都好正,下次再來試試先。
