夜晚收工想搵個地方靜靜地食飯傾吓偈,揀咗呢間位於銅鑼灣鬧市區嘅滝壽司,晚市主打Omakase,安排咗我哋坐bar枱,可以一邊欣賞師傅點處理啲食材,一邊享受吓寧靜嘅Fine Dining🙆🏻‍♀️前菜係帶少少梅味酸酸地嘅水雲,酒煮彈牙嘅榮螺,非常之甜嘅北海道粟米同埋經炙燒過嘅赤海蝦,開胃一流😋石門貝壽司,壽司飯係師傅手控,適中唔會散開又唔會有硬,師傅會係上菜前先拍一拍個石門貝,係佢收縮緊時候就要即刻食,十分爽口👍鱸魚刺身比較清淡肉質柔軟,另一個係鱸魚壽司加炒香烏魚子,另一種味道,油香濃厚😋北海道帆立貝壽司中間夾住蒸過嘅紫海膽,肥美同2個食材嘅味道都好夾🫶🏻池魚配自家製無花果做嘅酸汁加磨碎芝麻,食落去完全冇魚腥味🙆🏻‍♀️赤海膽下面係壽司飯,清淡甘甜😋底下係渡蟹嘅蟹肉蟹膏配日本白桃蛋黃醬,質感係似他他咁🤣第一次食竹籤魚壽司,表白經炙燒釋放魚油,但食落去唔油又唔柴👍燒劍魚配魚子醬加橡木煙燻,一打開好香嘅煙燻味,劍魚質感厚實,燒到有少少焦香,咁多道菜宜個最出色😍用發酵過米康醃製胡麻青魚,有類似清酒果種酒味,幾特別!海鮮清湯,用蝦蟹熬嘅湯底,有蟹肉、蜆肉同九繪魚,係九州班科魚,清甜消除油膩感👍🏼
