星期日來到尖沙咀The One的「Odelice!」,這家法國餐廳位於商場4樓,裝修有格調,餐廳環境和燈光都有點幽暗,窗邊擺放了燭光,氣氛浪漫。餐廳地方雖然不大,但空間不太擁擠,坐得很舒服。餐牌選擇非常多,隨便點了一些食物與友人一起分享。吞拿魚牛油果他他 先來一個餐前開胃小食,牛油果香濃細膩,吃起来口感嫩滑。吞拿魚新鮮,另外日式和風醬汁添了幾分清新,色香味俱全,食多也不覺油膩,是不錯的前菜。 海陸拼盤 所謂的海陸分別是指焗波士頓龍蝦和新西蘭牛脊肉。焗波士頓龍蝦龍蝦不算大隻,但亦不令人失望。龍蝦肉已開邊,龍蝦肉非常容易挑出,很方便我這種懶人吃。而龍蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,肉質一點都不鞋。新西蘭牛脊肉我不太喜歡吃太生,所以選了7成熟的新西蘭牛脊肉。牛肉大概都有五至七成熟,個人嚟講覺得啱啱好。 牛脊肉肉質鲜嫩多汁,結實軟嫩,香氣撲鼻,食落比較少筋,入口啖啖滋味。而牛脊肉一早已經調味,再加上紅酒牛肉汁令牛肉的味道再提昇,但太多會奪走牛肉的味,所以加少少調味便可。這個套餐配上兩款配菜,我選了橙香蕃薯蓉和薯條。 橙香蕃薯蓉很出色,蕃薯蓉打得非常幼滑,味道香甜,好像甜品一樣,也減低牛扒的油膩感。著條厚身,香脆

最後再點了法式可麗餅為這一餐畫上一個完美既句號。
味道我選了Nutella榛子朱古力醬和煎香蕉,可麗餅餅皮口感煙韌,味道和口感與熱香餅差不多,再配上Nutella醬和煎香蕉最Match的配搭,味道更加豐富,甜而不膩。
