To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

非常特別的炒麵

今日放假要去銀行整野，順便食埋野，之後入左D間之前食過既茶餐廳，而我所知，佢之前都有賣過刀削麵，所以我見到都好想入去食，因為荃灣某間刀削麵冇左之後都越來越少有得食。入到去坐底，見到同普通茶餐冇咩分別，但我見到有個叫干炒上海拉麵/排骨拉麵等等，仲要係拉麵可轉刀削麵，心諗刀削麵都可干炒???咁我自己一個緊係試下啦，平時都係叫湯或者係撈，干炒真係第一次食。【干炒排骨刀削麵】連凍飲  $55一來到好香，同干炒河粉冇咩分別，色香味俱全又夠獲氣，假如鍾意食刀削麵可以一試，刀削麵食落帶點煙韌，豬扒又多又厚，落埋辣椒醬一起就冇得頂。
