今日我們去咗何文田自由道探個舊鄰居之後,行過勝利道見到有間新開嘅餐廳叫「Home Kitchen」,而且見到店外貼咗啲食物圖片嘅賣相好精緻吸引,所以我們就決定入去食晚飯!我們叫咗是日晚餐:紅酒燴牛肋條配珍珠飯嘅牛肋條肉質非常鬆化軟滑,而且非常入味,醬汁嘅味道相當惹味濃郁!香草忌廉烤鷄脾肉配薯角一上碟嗰陣就聞到陣陣嘅香草味,烤嘅時間火候控制得恰到好處,肉質極之嫩滑多汁,就算係「鷄胸肉」嘅位置都完全唔會有「嚡」嘅感覺!另外再單點咗原條12寸鰻魚滑蛋飯嘅鰻魚真係原條上同斤両十足,肉質相當軟滑厚身,食落啖啖肉,真係好正呀,因平日食開其他店嘅都係米飯多過鰻魚,但呢度就啱啱相反,而且係超級大條,再配埋清香嫩滑嘅滑蛋一齊食,真係超正呀!醬烤BB豬肋骨配薯條「半份」嘅肉質相當爽滑鬆化,唔會有硬實實嘅感覺,至於醬汁嘅味道亦好惹味醒胃,就算食多兩件都唔會有膩嘅感覺,不過就係因為咁正,所以令到我們覺得有啲後悔點解祇係叫咗「半份」,而唔係「一份」,如果下次再有時間嚟食嘅話,我們必定會叫「一份」嚟食!跟餐可以分別選擇揀湯或沙律,因我們有兩個餐,所以我們就揀咗各一,香甜南瓜濃湯配蒜蓉包係用原個南瓜整成蓉之後再煮成
總括:喺呢度食真係好享受,除咗食物可以感覺到師傅係用心製作之外,另外值得讚賞係店員嘅服務態度都非常親切有禮,喺見到我們未食完最初起嘅食物,就會同我們講話之後嗰啲會慢啲先上,咁樣可以等我們慢慢享用食物,真係相當有心!
