To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

四人點了兩客菜肉雲吞面，一客排骨擔擔面及一客西洋菜肉雲吞面。每碗都份量適中。西洋菜肉雲吞面約8粒，在幼細蔥花及清湯中。西洋菜香與味比單單是菜肉雲吞為好。各碗的面條的軟硬適中，又彈牙。論到擔擔面，因為我們要求不辣，所以單是花生味，湯底略淡，但亦濃淡適中。小店服務細心，當然遠勝大機構或茶餐廳。花費不多，絕對值得多去！
