To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日lunch選了這間餐廳，我們五個人等了50分鐘才能入座，我們其中還有一個80多歲的老人家，雖然他們有提供一張椅子給他坐，但是我們本來可以早點入坐，只因他們不懂得怎樣變通。入坐後，知道有買三送一的優惠，所以叫了四個正餐，但因為早前儲了一些分，夠期一定要用，所以用分數換了一個凱撒沙律，到埋單的時候先知道不能同時享有優惠！但是我們在換沙律的時候，他們完全沒有提醒我們! 我們覺得服務及指引非常不清晰！希望這麼大一個集團（DeliFrance)式經營的餐廳能有所改善進步。
