To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排喜歡上食點心，今日去到西營盤都不忘試一下這家點心，幸好來的早，不用排很久。每人點了一個set, 有两款點心，仲有跟餐飲。叫左叉燒包，鵪鶉蛋燒賣，鮮竹卷同鳳爪。叉燒包入面既叉燒肥瘦均勻，也沒有臭粉的味道，鮮竹卷及鳳爪也很入味，味道剛好，鵪鶉蛋不過不失。當然我地仲點左最出名既邪惡流心士多。超正，一切開，啲奶皇流心即刻流晒出黎，啲奶皇好香，有淡淡既蛋黃香味，配埋外脆既士多，好好味，不過如果自己一個人食晒成件都幾膩, 两人share一份剛剛好
