To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

非常非常失望的一次外卖

本想着喝碗热汤，选了一个豆腐鱼头汤，没想到里面胡椒味重的无法下嘴，甚至比点的尖椒炒牛肉还辣，完全没有鱼汤的鲜味，我还以为我是在喝胡椒汤。并不明白厨师是手抖了还是想用胡椒掩盖其他的什么味道，比如不新鲜的鱼。一个汤118最后就吃了几口，根本无法下咽了。尖椒炒牛肉里面也有胡椒味，这家是搞胡椒批发的吗？从未写过差评，但这次真的忍不了了，等了半天的外卖最后吃不了几口，真的让人生气也奉劝其他朋友们不要踩雷，从没想过重口味是靠胡椒撑起来的。
