To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 日前食左個$1,300 set dinner:前菜:ok 刺身:麻麻,內容比較普通壽司:啲飯比較鬆散,唔黏軟海膽飯:海膽夠新鮮,但冇乜味(唔知點解)碎拖羅卷:幾好食魚湯:普通結論:非常飽,但唔滿足註:見好多人讚,所以去試下,但不太滿意,可能係我既問題,哈哈。
