To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自己一向都很喜歡吃日式卷物，今日經過一間日式外賣店，見到裝修都幾靚，一於買啲外賣返屋企食先！佢餐牌分咗唔同嘅壽司卷物，有咸丶有甜任君選擇，亦都有唔同種類嘅poke bowl , 加多1x蚊就可以變成套餐，有飲品同小食👻等咗一陣就可以拎返屋企啦~佢包裝得好好，途中完全冇整亂任何食物~我哋叫咗魚全部都係魚，配上汽水同叉燒濃湯拉麵呢款壽司餡料係三文魚同吞拿魚，再配上吞拿魚拖羅丶蟹子同脆趣三文魚新鮮好吃，配上脆趣同蟹子口感非常豐富，大力推介！叉燒拉麵湯底濃郁，配上滑嫩叉燒丶粟米，拉麵又彈牙，不錯吃呢！另外叫咗poke powl - 三文魚兩味，分別有三文魚同三文魚沙律，再配上粟米丶牛油果丶枝豆同椰菜，簡單又好吃😋小食叫咗番薯條🍟，特別得來又外脆內嫩，非常飽肚兩個套餐還包左日式汽水🥤，超級超值🥰
