Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣一凍，就會想食熱辣辣嘅食物暖身。突然諗起靠得住嘅綿綿粥，好想食，所以放工就去最近嘅靠得住食晚餐！每次去靠得住，我都會食心肝寶貝粥，配料有黃沙豬肝同帶子。因為有黃沙豬肝，所以粥面有一層黃油。呢度嘅豬肝好生鮮，生熟度亦把握得好好，所以豬肝鮮甜嫩滑。帶子都好鮮甜，不過比起之前，呢度嘅帶子愈食愈細粒，好似一開二，一粒分成兩粒咁。雖然帶子細粒咗，不過都無影響成碗粥嘅味道，綿綿嘅魚湯粥加上新鮮嘅帶子同黃沙豬肝，食完全身都暖立立！男朋友就叫咗白鱔球粥。我都試咗一啖，相比之下，心肝寶貝粥鮮味較出，白鱔球粥味道無咁濃。呢到嘅白鱔球都好厚肉，師父嘅刀工都好好，唔會好多骨。我最喜歡食白鱔嗰層皮，又厚又彈牙！我哋仲叫咗菜芯同蜜餞水晶蓮蓉粽。鹼水粽中間嘅蓮蓉亦好細滑，加埋啲糖漿食好夾！雖然好多人都批評靠得住嘅食物質素下降，我都認同佢哋粥嘅配料分量少咗，不過因為整體質素都唔錯，所以靠得住都係我哋食粥嘅首選！
