To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於奧海城的靠得住粥麵小館，下午茶時段有推出下午茶套餐，今天路過來試試看乾炒牛河剛上桌的乾炒牛河香氣十足，配上豆芽菜和韭菜並撒上白芝麻，食起來還算不會過爲油膩乳鴿看到乳鴿在做緊特價，點了一個乳鴿來試試，乳鴿是小Size的，肉不多，滷水的做法，還是比較懷念外皮酥脆的乳鴿！黑松露鮭魚明太子炒飯炒飯混了鮭魚和蛋，上面加上明太子及黑松露，看上去很大一份，食起來味道還算不錯黑松露帶有淡淡的香氣，配上鮭魚好好味😋整體而言，食物環境一般，下午茶價格抵，經過可以來試試
