To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

貴為唯一的粥鋪取得「米芝連車胎人推介」，單係呢個光環都經已值得我們平時拉大隊幫襯。我一定唔會食粥（因為怕肚餓）而係食午巿套餐，今日都唔例外叫左個鮮蝦揚州炒飯套餐。揚州炒飯賣相頗為吸引，完全幻想到廚師炒完個飯用大勺上碟，成個勺形出曬黎，而且熱騰騰香噴噴，真係「香」、「味」俱全。蝦冇用嘢乸過仍能保持蝦肉彈牙，飯炒得夠乾身有鑊氣，粒粒都有蛋漿包住呈金黃色，合符預期預期，唯一美中不足係冇落「美極」豉油，令個「色」水差少少。而甜酸咕嚕球菜飯亦係佢地撚手小菜之一，真正做到皮脆肉嫩，咕嚕肉用的是豬肉，顏色同咕嚕魚响我心目中的形象一致，酸酸甜甜非常開胃，絕對靠得住！可惜菜飯有點油膩，不夠健康。仲有魚腩豬潤粥真係世界級，生滾粥夠綿滑，滾兩滾真係神仙都企唔穩，豬潤夠厚身爽夾滑，魚腩鮮甜啖啖肉，魚與熊掌兩者兼得！
