To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我叫左個豬潤雞絲粥 $38, 朋友叫左個雞絲粥 $28。都真係幾貴架, 不過好好食, 得閒食下都好既。d豬潤冇上面果幅相咁大舊, 都係薄既, 咬落去好彈牙勁唔實在咁以為仲生, 原來熟晒喎都!! d雞絲係估唔到既彈牙!!!! 係勁彈牙!! haha可能食得正野少, 係我食過最彈牙既雞-v- 粥底好香好綿, 食完真係唔多覺口渴! 呢個質素$38都值既。會再食!星期四8點半又冇乜人喎, 勁多位, 2個人可以坐卡位。可能d呀姐態度唔算好好啦諗耐d都有面色睇, 不過都可以既, 係佢recommend我食豬潤雞絲粥的!! 話menu冇喎!!環境都好乾淨, 呀姐會o係張檯下面既drawer拎chopsticks同餐巾出黎!
