今天終於有機會去食尖沙咀亞士厘道新開的拉麵店鬼金棒牛骨麻辣拉麵!-餐廳的裝修風格簡約時尚,落地玻璃令店內光猛闊落,環境舒適。-新店主打牛骨湯拉麵麻辣拉麵。牛骨湯底用上40kg牛腿骨,煲出奶白色嘅牛骨湯,再混合特製嘅黑色拉麵汁,濃郁醇厚。麻辣湯底則以多種香料和辣椒熬製而成,建議揀小辣小麻,不會蓋過牛骨湯但又不至於過於嗆辣。-招牌牛骨拉麵牛叉燒選用美國安格斯西冷部位慢煮後蘸上秘製醬汁,再四面煎至焦香,入口外香內嫩;另外配上骨膠原豐富嘅慢煮安格斯牛筋、洋蔥粒、粟米仔,拉麵口感同味道都昇華。-和味玉辣麻牛骨拉麵 (溏心蛋、牛叉燒牛筋腩)。超喜歡他們的麵條,香港麵廠製作,口感彈牙易掛汁。溏心蛋的蛋黃軟糯,不得不提自家製「牛油喳」,將安格斯牛筋同牛脂炸至酥脆!鹹鮮牛味滿入口恰到好處-唔夠飽仲叫埋餃子,外微脆內裡豬肉也很juicy,好食❤️❤️
