以往試過數間主打新派泰式fusion菜的餐廳水準都不過爾爾,唯獨是FENNEL能夠令我刮目相看,再三來臨用膳質素仍保持穩定,無論食物賣相、味道抑或是環境都稱心滿意。餐廳內設精美沙律吧可供客人免費享用,青木瓜沙律、鮮果、凍蝦等都一應俱全,並非單單以多種蔬菜及醬料濫竽充數。Set Menu for Two ($398) 價格超值,包括泰式冬蔭功湯或椰子雞湯兩碗,泰式冬蔭功湯酸辣濃郁,當中更有青口、蝦等海鮮真材實料。奉送飲品兩杯為凍水果茶,口味不時轉換,曾試過荔枝及蘋果兩款均清爽微甜。泰西小食拼盤 ($138) 跟餐只需另加$108,包括去骨酸辣鳳爪、泰式蝦餅、泰式春卷、巴馬火腿蜜瓜卷、蜜糖雞翼及煙三文魚卷。除蜜糖雞翼較乾而蝦餅亦缺少蝦肉稍為遜色之外,尤其是泰式春卷及煙三文魚卷最為出色,前者香脆鬆化而後者則以米紙包住煙三文魚及沙律菜,煙韌爽脆集於一身。黑松露鮮菌炒意粉配肉眼牛扒可以自由選擇牛扒生熟程度,五成熟拿捏得宜保持軟嫩多汁,肉味濃厚並帶陣陣炭燒香氣,意粉軟硬適中而忌廉汁濃稠並富奶香。泰式紅咖喱豬鞍架配牛油寬麵醬汁份量不及黑松露鮮菌炒意粉多所以稍乾,整體比較清淡而牛油味可再加強;豬鞍架肥
