座位都幾闊落,好多都係四人座位以屏風分隔,目測容納五60人都好足夠。

除左7款前菜,仲會有一個鐵板芝士蛋。上枱時熱辣辣,入面有流心芝士、粟米、洋蒽、青紅椒,食到芝士味,因為有椒食落有小小苦味,不過令到個蛋咬落爽口。

本身諗住試佢個四色牛肉五花肉餐,不過佢全部都冇晒,所以就叫呢個有肉有海鮮嘅餐,叫八方美人因為佢有八種食材,呢個set有牛舌、雪花牛肉、豬頸肉、護心肉、豬頰肉、醬油雞肉、烤大蝦兩隻、鮮鮑魚兩隻,非常豐富,如果唔想淨係食肉,想試吓海鮮可以叫呢個。

傳統嘅食法就係用生菜包住燒肉、青椒、生蒜同燒肉醬一齊食,再加上拼盤上面嘅蔬菜同雜菇,可以抵銷燒烤嘅油膩感 。

呢度嘅肉普遍都係無咩點經過醃製,冇咩大量嘅調味,主要係食返肉嘅原汁原味。牛肉普遍牛味重啲,脂肪比較少,不過偏韌身。

雪花牛肉油脂比較多啲,脂肪分布算係平均,不過比較厚身,咬落算juicy,不過比起平時食既雪花牛肉有啲韌勁,同埋部份位置有筋,牛肉味算重比起牛舌。

然後係我每次烤肉一定會叫既牛舌,牛舌比較薄身,所以好容易燒,咬落係有韌勁嘅牛舌,而唔係入口即溶嗰種,不過今次嘅牛舌驚喜就唔大,個人鍾意厚切有韌勁好似日本嗰種,一係就勁腍身既牛舌。

而豬頸肉算係滿意之一,係豬前邊頸嘅肉,咬落爽口,比較冇咁韌,油脂算係幾種肉入邊最豐富,肉味幾香。

護心肉係豬橫膈膜同肝之間嘅肉,老細拍下我心口話我知係心口前面嗰舊肉,所以一隻豬其實得好少,肉比較厚身,脂肪唔算多,咬落去肉質較結實,偏韌小小,食落肉味算濃郁。

醬油雞肉係我最鍾意嘅其中一個,已經去晒骨嘅雞扒肉,肉夠厚,咬落爽滑夠嫩,因為已經用甜醬油醃製過,食落非常入味,唔使點醬汁都已經好夠味。

本身對海鮮冇乜期望,反而幾有驚喜,唔知其他食客係咪都係咁,個時咁啱同老細傾緊計,佢見我未燒隻蝦就幫我哋燒,仲教我哋喺中間切開就可以完全去殼,啱晒啲想食蝦但懶得剝殼嘅人。

蝦非常大隻,肉質算唔鞋,食落幾鮮甜。鮑魚本身真係冇期望,因為食過好多燒肉或者打邊爐,啲鮑魚都係冇味或者好韌,點知咬落去一啲都唔韌,仲好彈牙,因為已經用醬汁醃製過,所以非常夠味,而且食到鮑魚本身嘅鮮甜味。

之後就係韓國菜入邊我好鍾意嘅炸醬麵,要喺香港食到正宗嘅炸醬麵唔容易,呢間似喺韓國食到嘅味道。

呢度炸醬麵嘅醬汁感覺比韓國食到嘅冇咁甜,不過對於未食過嘅人來講係相對甜啲,我覺得可以接受,都唔會過鹹,食落唔會覺得好溜,而且醬汁份量比起麵多好多,就算食完碗麵都仲有好多醬汁,醬汁入邊仲會有好多豬肉。

可能因為醬汁太多嘅關係,麵條會相對腍,不過麵條係非常掛汁,所以每一啖都係食到炸醬嘅味道。加上醬汁嘅洋蔥、豬肉、青瓜,係正宗嘅炸醬麵味道。

叫咗一罐韓國傳統甜米露黎試,飲落好似比較甜嘅竹蔗茅根,下邊有啲好似米粒,唔會淨係齋飲咁單調。

🌟食物種類唔少,有好多唔同嘅拼盤,如果你係食肉獸可以試吓四色牛肉加其他肉,如果想食海鮮咁八方美人都係一個選擇,今次冇機會試到招牌嘅四色肉,不過呢個拼盤海鮮都唔錯,而肉主要係食返原本嘅味道,有調味嘅就只有雞肉,而肉係比較有嚼勁啲,唔係入口即溶嗰種,如果想要啲重味啲嘅肉咁四色牛肉會更適合。而前菜都可以無限添加,前菜種類非常多,非常滿足。

環境來講,冷氣抽風都足夠,唔會話太大油煙或者太過熱。店員服務都唔錯,雖然係韓國人不過佢哋英文都可以同人溝通,而且會講解點樣燒或者直頭幫你燒埋。雖然店舖客人幾多,不過店員都會經常幫手換鐵板,會時刻留意每枱嘅情況。

價錢方面,如果係食肉嘅套餐,價錢大約300至400,晚市來講算係中價嘅韓燒,喺未試到佢嘅招牌四色肉嘅前提下,我覺得炸醬麵比較出色,另外聽講醬油蟹同水冷麵都唔錯,下次黎可能會試吓佢嘅其他韓式菜式。
