I told my ex-colleagues that I had a bad 石鍋飯 in 4A of Langham Place and they recommend here to me. Before going back my parent's home for dinner, I took a taxi to here for a pre-dinner since I am absolutely a fans of 石鍋飯.I ordered a 韓國什錦石鍋飯 (with pork instead of beef) at HK$40 and add a marinated cucumber at another HK$3. Before going back my parent's home for dinner, I took a taxi to here for a pre-dinner since I am absolutely a fans of 石鍋飯.
I ordered a 韓國什錦石鍋飯 (with pork instead of beef) at HK$40 and add a marinated cucumber at another HK$3.
Their staffs are mid-age ladies who are friendly and politly told me to wait for 5 minutes to pick up the food. Since I don't want to walk around and miss the number, I sat in front of the counter to observe other customers' purchase habbit. I found that most customers order either 石鍋飯 or 粉絲. So, I am the majority on that evening.
After 4 minutes, my stone pot arrived to the serving counter. I got three small plates for red pepper powder, BBQ sauce, and red chilli sauce. It's quite easy to find a good seat at 6:45pm.
I like this stone pot rice because it has four thick sliced seasoned pork, a lot of vegetable (even a piece of sweet radish, yes, it's really yummy), and the burned rice at the bottom. The side dish of cucumber is a good match of the hot pot rice because it can reduce the heat from the rice. (of couse, it's a little bit 熱氣 after two stone pot rice!!!!)
I recommend this affordable 韓國什錦石鍋飯 to all of us.
