星星已經做完好耐,估唔到炸雞啤酒依然咁興,韓國過江龍一間又一間嚟香港開分店。今次呢間話喺韓國有多間分店,所有醃料炸漿由韓國運到香港。餐廳可以坐六七十人左右,分開餐廳同酒吧區,餐廳區裝咗部LCD不停播放K-pop。餐廳有炸雞同焗雞選擇,炸雞雖然香口啲,但每次食完都有內疚感,今次就叫咗脆脆焗雞。焗雞用上一隻雞份量,有一對上脾下脾雞翼雞胸。雞塊大小適中,嫩滑有肉地,雞骨唔多。雞塊表面有麵包糠,食落卜卜聲同炸雞冇分別,麵包糠帶有麥香。咬落雞入面冇乜油份,絕對適合想食炸雞又怕肥人士。除咗炸雞焗雞之外,餐廳仲有其他韓式食品供應。魚串湯鍋除咗有韓式魚片外,仲有少量豬肉片同配菜金菇京蔥旺菜豆腐辣椒,清清地與炸雞焗雞同食冇咁熱氣。泡菜辣湯煮年糕同魚串湯鍋近似,係多咗紅蘿蔔年糕同韓式辣醬,年糕口感煙韌唔會太硬。以上兩個菜都用小鍋上,下面有gas爐加熱保持溫度。食炸雞焗雞梗係要叫番杯嘢飲,菊花蜜特飲用上闊口杯再加大大朵太陽花好搶眼,飲落就好似有氣菊花茶。熱飲金桔綠茶酸酸甜甜有好多金桔絲喺底食熱氣嘢啱哂。
