To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無食韓燒，今日朋友帶我去食oppa韓國燒肉店，一坐低店員已經幫我哋加 泡菜及蛋漿，食完可再加，服務唔錯！韓國菜一定要有既前菜！呢間有泡菜、芽菜、酸蘿蔔、紫菜！ 泡菜淹得剛剛好，少微辣，口感爽脆！和牛拼盤，涵蓋牛小排、下肩胛、上肩胛肉、和牛牛頸脊、和牛牛舌及肉眼等等，好豐富每一種肉質都極其鮮嫩，牛小排的油花分布均勻，口感豐富，特別是和牛牛舌，滑順的口感，搭配醬料，味道更好！天氣轉涼，即刻想飲韓國蔘雞湯來暖暖胃！湯底濃郁，雞原隻上，好鮮嫩，燉煮至軟滑，充分吸收了人參的精華。湯中還有糯米和各種藥材，味道恰到好處！燒肉不能少既飲品，西瓜冰，清涼解膩！店內環境舒適，服務熱情周到，真是一個聚餐的好去處，值得再次光臨！
