To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無飯開的平日晚,和老公到附近找吃。之前來過韓樂兩次,感覺都ok。韓式薄切牛肉石鍋珍珠飯 - 牛肉特別薄切,味道都ok,略嫌碟頭較小。豚肉炒粉絲 - 韓式炒粉絲真的很好吃,基本上任何地方吃也很難失準。入味,配上豚肉、高麗菜碎、木耳碎,紅蘿蔔碎,香口好吃。上湯菠菜 - 有說大肚婆吃深綠色疏菜好,尤其是菠菜是非常有益,所以我較以前吃多了。這裹的菠菜有兩種煮法,乾煮和濕煮,想有湯濕濕口,也就選了上湯煮菠菜。雞湯可以喝,入味,菠菜算多,新鮮,配上柴魚碎在面,也很match。
