To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嗰日游完水就去咗附近嘅商場食下午茶,依家下午茶價錢唔貴,於是決定去試吓!兩個下午茶餐分別係流心芝士烤多士同輕量辣八爪魚野菜炒年糕。流心芝士烤多士一次開唔到流心嘅效果,可能由於芝士份量比較少。不過味道都好食芝士味幾香,熱辣辣非常脆。食完都覺得幾熱氣!輕量辣八爪魚野菜炒年糕,味道唔算太辣,啱晒我呢個唔食辣嘅人!八爪魚份量都唔算少,炒年糕質感煙煙韌韌,都幾入味好食!不過炒年糕就濕咗啲,本身以為佢係乾炒,點知原來係濕炒。我諗乾炒會更加好食。
