3月14日不用煮飯,所以外出用膳。在商場的餐飲美食區,看到這店門的餐牌價格合理,款式又吸引,最終決定在此晚餐。平日晚市,此店也几乎滿座呢! 在內堂就座後,就要做最重要的事:點菜。  然後把餐具擺好,要有儀式感。 傳統甜辣味炸雞  久久未嚐過韓風炸雞了,就想來一客。選韓式甜辣醬最有韓式風味。     金黃炸雞帶著棗紅色甜辣醬,杰撻撻醬汁跟脆卜卜雞皮,好有口感。剛炸起的雞肉,隔著手套也感到其熱力。雞肉有底味,雞胸肉依然嫩滑,這炸雞合格了。 鐵板牛肉  薄片牛肉拌翠玉瓜和洋蔥,蒜蓉醬汁鹹中帶甜,熱辣辣上枱很惹味,好下飯! 咖哩雜菜豬仔骨    本以為是類似鳳爪排骨飯的排骨,原來係沾滿香料的baby rib分條烤焗後,再放在咖哩上。   可能炸雞甜辣醬辣度高,這盆咖哩相對不太辣了,反而咖哩的香料味很明顯。豬仔骨係肋骨,肉質先天無得輸。外層焦焦脆脆,中間的肋肉夾雜脂肪,有肉味也有香味,正。 不過,韓國金屬筷子難以夾取豬仔骨,既然炸雞奉送手套,順便用手來抓取豬肋條,直接咬!   咖哩豬仔骨,有口感也有手感呢! 泡菜餅 海鮮餅套餐加配的煎餅小食。  煎餅的粉漿較煙韌軟糯,配蝦仁魷魚很正常, 但夾著泡

煎餅的粉漿較煙韌軟糯,配蝦仁魷魚很正常, 但夾著泡菜更有口感。
剛好享用炸雞的手套仍在,直接出動五指山更方便。
