蒸氣海鮮火鍋就食得多啦,今次係朋友介紹之下嚟咗紅磡試吓韓式蒸氣海鮮,最特別嘅係除咗十層海鮮之外原來佢哋出邊仲有自助吧枱,最特別嘅係佢哋每隔差唔多半個鐘就會敲鑼打鼓有一啲限量嘅嘢食提供例如最鮑魚醉蝦蘿蔔或者黑松露炸雞。另外出邊仲有韓式年糕年糕非常之彈牙我都食咗兩三盤,另外都有啲冷盤正正常常咁啦海鮮有1層種類都算OK,其中最推介佢哋嘅龍蝦同埋元貝龍蝦口感彈牙食得出好新鮮肉質都好彈牙 加上都算幾大姐唔係太細隻另外元貝真係估唔到咁鮮甜,我同朋友飲咗佢哋嘅湯汁真係有surprise,不過建議上邊嘅蒜蓉粉絲唔使落都得原汁原味呀嘛
