閔大人係我之前食過覺得最鬆脆好味既炸雞，而且仲可以跟飯卷order，價錢相宜。但最近期好似有啲退步左，飯卷卷得大舊左但又無以前咁靚，炸雞都有分別。今次叫左：韓式炸雞（無骨）9件 中份 Regular韓式炸杏鮑菇韓式炸雞比以前炸得黑左。以前炸雞金黃色，淺色啲既，宜家啲色就黑黑沉沉，望落無咁吸引。咬起上嚟都無以前咁juicy。炸杏鮑菇反而有啲驚喜。杏鮑菇好厚身，雖然係炸物但菇既水份保持到。粉漿有少少厚但都可以接受。最近食返確實有啲失望，希望炸雞可以維持返以前既水準，變番最鬆脆好味既炸雞。

韓式炸雞比以前炸得黑左。以前炸雞金黃色，淺色啲既，宜家啲色就黑黑沉沉，望落無咁吸引。咬起上嚟都無以前咁juicy。

炸杏鮑菇反而有啲驚喜。杏鮑菇好厚身，雖然係炸物但菇既水份保持到。粉漿有少少厚但都可以接受。
