To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實如果唔係有買一送一優惠，都未必會選擇嚟到黃金海岸酒店，食一個極其普通嘅自助餐。以自助餐食物選擇嚟講，其實算係多，但講求質素的話，只可以用一般嚟形容。 環境方面唔錯，坐得比較舒適～侍應都好友善～ 熟食嘅種類比凍食多，凍食嘅唯一讚賞之物就係長腳蟹，咸度啱啱好，肉質新鮮而且清甜，size唔會偏細，食到啖啖蟹肉！ 其他凍食仲有青螺、扇貝、蝦⋯刺身類嘅三文魚算唔錯，八爪魚味道好淡，甜蝦太太太細隻，冇乜吸引性。 野飲得汽水，冇果汁提供⋯熱食食物有好多，室外仲設有燒烤範圍，燒尤魚、大蝦、雞亦⋯⋯ 中湯好咸，冇意慾去飲多一碗今期主題係日韓泰食品，所以有好hit嘅韓國炸雞⋯但味道麻麻⋯甜品方面做得唔出色，賣相唔吸引，味道亦如賣相一樣屬一般⋯唯一可取就係有Haagen Daz朱古力雪條
