近排好Hit嘅韓國餐廳,上過飲食男女,而且開係屋邨,價錢平民,無理由唔去試下。好左我地戈一日無咩人,唔洗等好耐,都係大約10分鐘就入得去。黎之前,我當然做定research食咩喇係網上見到唔少人都有話"飛機醬缸醃蟹"可以一試,咁我緊係試下喇!醃蟹又真係有好多膏原來係每日係韓國新鮮運黎嘅。不過正當我地無從入手點食之時,有位Oppa就過黎幫手整佢先將蟹膏蟹肉整出黎,再撈落個麻油紫菜飯到,令每粒飯都沾上蟹膏蟹肉,雖然有少少腥,不過又真係幾香,同鮮甜!鮑魚醃得非常入味,而味道就好似好多人都熱愛嘅甜豉油一樣。口感都幾腍,店鋪仲好細心,切好一片片,方便我地食一問先知,鮑魚係先蒸熟,再用二十幾款配料醃製,所以非常入味。睇個名我第一時間諗到火山爆發拎黎時候,賣相都幾似,豆腐疊成山形,再鋪上紅色嘅辣醬。辣醬酸酸甜甜,唔算太辣,帶有韓國風味,而且好開胃!皮尚算香脆,豆腐亦非常滑,可以話入口即溶,做餐前小食都係一個幾好嘅選擇。不過要快啲食,唔係啲辣醬會好易整腍個皮,咁就會一patpat。嗱!又有Oppa黎整野食喇今次先拎一個氣爐同裝有飯嘅碟形鑊過黎,之後將飯扒鬆,再拎加入配料,當中有紅蘿蔔、紫菜同餣好嘅豚肉
