記得去年還活躍於佐敦一帶,經常穿過金巴利道往尖東的公司門市,看著一家新店裝修、開業,原來又是一家韓式食店。直到離開了佐敦,偶然看雜誌才知道這家新店便是主打巨型串燒的達人包車。又過了大半年,這夜來到尖沙咀的韓國街,終於有幸會一會那甚具話題性的一米串燒。店內充滿時代感的裝橫,有別於很傳統、一看便知是韓國食店的格局,而近門口的位置設計成戶外用餐區,在冬天一股「寒」風之中吃著暖笠笠的「韓」風,感覺應該相當有趣。超大串燒 $328長一米的串燒算很長嗎?不知道,只知道看著店員把超大串燒掛在身旁時,那種由上至下的壓迫感,未開始吃已覺得很豐富的說。每一串超大串燒的肉類及蔬果幾乎梅花間竹的排列,但對於我這隻食肉獸來說,眼裡只有豬腩肉、豬肋骨、豬扒、雞扒、大蝦及香腸這些肉類~大概因為用餐只有90分鐘,而這夜的訂枱也很緊張,拍過照後店員便主動上來烤起肉來。店員一口氣便把三款豬肉、洋蔥、菠蘿及青椒拉下烤爐,在她純熟的技巧下,兩三下便把爐上的食物烤好。看著脂肪層挺厚的豬腩肉,滿以為會很膩的樣子,誰知一入口盡是豐腴的肉汁及爽彈的口感,看而不膩,好吃!醃製過的豬扒肉質軟嫩,雖沒豬腩肉的豐腴肉汁,肉味卻更香濃!畢竟是

至於蔬果以南瓜及菠蘿最為好吃,香甜的南瓜吃出一絲絲的瓜肉,烤過的菠蘿香氣之中帶酸酸甜甜,放在最後才吃夠晒醒胃!

雖然是果汁沖製而成,但那巨大的西柚片實在罕見 (可能只有我少見多怪?)。偷呷了一口,味道挺甜,若戳一戳那片西柚,酸甜度剛好!

看上去是藍色的果汁,喝起來卻是青檸的味道。檸味雖香,但戳過檸檬片後甜度仍然高了一點,喝完又做多一點運動了。
