放假唔一定要北上,亦可以留港消費,今日就同朋友去咗旺角通菜街呢間「SUN HARU」食韓國菜。餐廳主打韓國料理,店內佈置時尚,以街頭塗鴉裝飾牆身,色彩繽紛,營造出輕鬆用餐氣氛,好適合同朋友嚟影相打卡。我哋點咗個二人餐,包前菜、傳統雜錦紫菜包飯、韓國炒粉絲同亞之媽炸雞半隻,套餐奉逢送汽水,熱飲+$3、凍飲+$5、特飲+$8、沙冰+$18。前菜有大豆芽同泡菜,大豆芽爽脆、麻油味夠香;泡菜辣度溫和,入口惹味開胃。紫菜包飯好足料,內有紅蘿蔔、火腿、雞蛋、牛蒡、青瓜和醃蘿蔔,飯粒黏性剛好,中間嘅醃蘿蔔能帶出其他食材嘅香味,一口吃下,盡嚐多種層次。烤牛肉炒粉絲份量亦唔少,大大碟,牛肉軟嫩入味,粉絲炒得夠乾身,煙韌有咬口,配埋啲牛肉食,既豐潤又不油膩。炸雞揀咗牛油蜜糖味,雞肉炸得火喉剛好,外脆內鬆化,牛油同蜜糖嘅比例啱啱好,唔會過甜過膩,加上雞件已經全部去晒骨,入口啖啖肉,食得好滋味。天寒地凍,想飲返啲熱嘢暖下胃,點咗蜂蜜生薑茶 同 蜂蜜紅棗茶。生薑茶清香微辣,配上蜂蜜,醒胃解膩;紅棗茶甜味自然,杯底有好多紅棗塊,飲完成身暖笠笠。
