離離原上草,一歲一枯榮,韓風襲港,各式韓國食肆先仆後繼進駐旺角呢個英雄地。作為消費者,當然樂見有花齊放。但更重要係,究竟好唔好食?有無賣點?所以見雜誌報導過,就試吓呢間新舖。 原味乳酪鯛魚燒$35一條開口日式鯛魚燒做甜筒就係呢間舖嘅賣點,再喺魚口中盛入低卡路里乳酪,灑上朱古力醬同花生碎就大功告成。熱辣辣嘅鯛魚燒配凍冰冰酸味味嘅乳酪。乳酪味道比較接近益力多,酸味同甜味都特出,但朱古力醬係熱嘅,冷熱交融感覺好特別,鯛魚筒外型除咗吸引,食落都尚算鬆脆,本身有好香蛋味,微甜同埋有少少辣手,天氣凍拎住食會有暖手蛋嘅感覺。期待會有其他做型嘅乳酪筒,會令我有再一次幫襯嘅衝動。

原味乳酪鯛魚燒$35

一條開口日式鯛魚燒做甜筒就係呢間舖嘅賣點,再喺魚口中盛入低卡路里乳酪,灑上朱古力醬同花生碎就大功告成。

熱辣辣嘅鯛魚燒配凍冰冰酸味味嘅乳酪。乳酪味道比較接近益力多,酸味同甜味都特出,但朱古力醬係熱嘅,冷熱交融感覺好特別,鯛魚筒外型除咗吸引,食落都尚算鬆脆,本身有好香蛋味,微甜同埋有少少辣手,天氣凍拎住食會有暖手蛋嘅感覺。期待會有其他做型嘅乳酪筒,會令我有再一次幫襯嘅衝動。
Other Info. : 由於鯛魚燒即叫即燒,乳酪會溶得比較快,要影相就要快手啲喇
