Surasang 수라상, 有規模的韓國餐廳, 面積大, 用餐座位多, 西式設計, 有大型水吧, 沒有韓國傳統模式. 服務員安排座位, 送上餐單及 前菜.前菜有五小碟:  泡菜, 露筍, 尤魚, 大豆芽菜, 菠菜等等. Makgeolli  馬格利濃酒, 每人一碗, 微溫含荔枝味, 入口濃醇甘甜.   用餐前先飲, 增加開胃感.  先送上  韓式柑橘炸雞,  炸得香脆, 帶濃厚柑橘味, 甜甜辣辣, 非常可口.店員奉上火具, 及一盆  神仙雪龍湯牛肉鍋, 擺設美觀,  外圍是韭菜, 金菇,  正中是薄牛肉及冬菇. 店員在我們面前烹煮, 先點火, 加湯.  把食材混合. 滾完之後, 便請我們自助分嚐.   牛肉好嫩滑, 加上冬菇, 金針菇, 韭菜一起食, 好滋味. 海鮮煎餅 ~ 熱騰騰送上,  煎得好香脆, 配上醬汁, 可由加添. 煎餅多料, 內有魷魚, 帆立貝粒, 魚仔, 中間軟糯, 外側香脆.顆泡菜黑毛豬五花肉鍋配泡菜,  店員又再奉上火具, 及一鍋泡菜加黑毛豬五花肉.  這塊五花肉好巨型, 店員在我們檯前烹煎, 差不多用了 20 分鐘才完成烹 煎工作, 再把五花肉切成小件, 好細心.
