突然很想吃韓國料理,但又不想吃韓燒和炸雞,太heavy,聽朋友說上環有間新派加傳統的韓國餐廳,我和姊妹就去試試!位於荷李活道,餐廳裝修時尚,有indoor和 outdoor座位!這裡主打韓國傳統美食雪濃湯,就是用牛骨熬制的濃湯,對身體好好的!我們先點飲品,我點了一枝梅酒,瓶身好漂亮呢!梅味很重,酸酸甜甜,好好飲!朋友點了柚子檸檬,味道好fresh,好解渴!來到這裡,當然要試試牛肉雪濃湯!有前菜,魚仔是我的最愛!湯來到了,是用一個大黑碗盛載,滿滿奶白色的湯,很香牛肉味!原來奶白色是源自蘿蔔!蘿蔔無渣好甜!牛𦟌好稔,好有牛味,湯完全沒有味精,好好飲!我喝了一大半,因為叫雪濃湯會附上白飯一碗,可以加點湯變湯飯吃,也很好吃!我們還點了松葉蟹鉗烏冬,我選了蕃茄湯底,感覺更健康!味道幾清新,蕃茄湯也是鮮製的,不加多餘調味料,很鮮!除了松葉蟹鉗,還有泡菜、菠菜等等,很健康的組合,低卡又好味!烏冬好滑溜!很喜歡這種新派菜與傳統韓國菜的結合!
