最近好想食韓國菜🇰🇷去左尖沙咀間餐廳原來之前叫韓珍 最近改左名為韓脈一定要叫燒肉 好好食👍🏼🔸調味特級牛肋骨 $280牛肋骨份量都幾多,用秘製醬汁調完味後非常入味,燒完之後食落口感軟腍,牛味濃厚,十分惹味。🔸濟州黑毛猪五花肉 $250黑毛猪五花肉原條上,油脂分布好完美,脂肪位燒完之後油香味散發哂出嚟,食落好juicy,口感好有層次。🔸雜菜炒粉絲 $98粉絲炒得好滑溜,醬汁亦好入味,雜菜有洋蔥、雲耳?三色椒等等,配埋蛋絲同香蔥一齊食好夾。🔸炸蛋梳乎厘 $68全鍋都係蛋,果然同個名一樣,食落蛋味好香,裡面嘅質感好軟綿,就好似梳乎厘咁,加埋面果層飛魚籽一齊食口感好特別。🔸海鮮嫩豆腐湯 $88呢個湯熱住上,用料好豐富,包括大蝦、魷魚、蜆肉、翠肉瓜、豆腐、冬菇等等,味道酸酸辣辣,非常開胃。🔸朱古力旋風沙冰 $38朱古力味好濃,甜度啱啱好,飲落有冰涼嘅感覺。🔸薄荷椰子沙冰 $38薄荷同椰子嘅配搭好夾,感覺好清新,消暑解渴一流。
