牛舌一份有12片,份量好多。
幾款肉嘅肉質都好淋。
尤其係醃咗嘅牛肋骨,唔會好咸,好好味。
另外,值得一提嘅係牛橫隔膜。
第一次食哩個部位,餐廳將件肉扎得好靚,一個圓形咁。
我哋先將橫隔膜燒到半熟,再剪開絲帶,拆開嚟燒。
口感好有咬口,但係唔會好硬,無腥味,又幾好食。
未試過嘅朋友都可以試下,好特別👍🏻


餐廳係無煙燒烤,食完啲衫、袋,全部無味🥹🥹
整體食物味道都唔錯,唯獨係上菜時間有啲耐。
反而熟食好快到,生肉就等好耐。
前菜可以無限refill,一路等一路食,食前菜都食飽🙈


餐廳有儀式感,即使係燒肉配料 同 醬汁,擺盤都唔馬虎。
所以啲牛肉未到,已經擺到成枱嘢🤣

呢碟糖醋肉份量好誇張😱😱😱成碗裝得滿滿,呢個價錢抵食到癲😨原來韓式糖醋肉嘅糖醋醬汁會另上,而且比中式嘅版本杰身同較酸!豬里脊肉炸至薄脆,再逐條蘸醬汁,每件都被酸酸甜甜嘅糖醋汁包圍,同時唔會影響脆炸嘅口感。睇韓國節目🇰🇷,韓國人食糖醋肉通常都會配返碗炸醬麵,聽講BONGRU嘅炸醬麵都係招牌,可惜呢次太飽,唯有下次再試吓!

一餐飯冇甜品硬係覺得爭咗啲嘢。呢度供應刨冰及韓式手作雪糕,揀咗紅豆刨冰Bingsu! 刨冰好滑冇冰感,舖滿黃豆粉、杏仁片、紅豆醬及煉奶,甜度啱啱好! 麻糬細細粒,不過始終直接放上冰度,食到後期就會變硬,稍為影響口感!

本身同朋友約好咗去韓國,點知臨時公司有事,所以唯有取消,搞到我鬼咁傷心,本身明明可以去勁食韓國嘢㗎嘛。於是另外一班朋友就特登約我去尖沙咀,話有一間都好好食嘅韓國嘢,佢哋話呢度嘅醬油蟹勁好食,咁都好啦,彌補吓心理,點知食完之後真係開心返晒,勁好食,而且店員阿姨全部都好好人,食得好開心。呢到banchan有好多款式,而且都好有誠意,有豆、芽菜、八爪魚、泡菜、醃製洋蔥同炸蝦米。烤肉叫咗個韓牛牛腩,有1++等級,韓牛真係好無敵,真係入口即溶,濃濃嘅牛味。另外就要咗個牛舌,冇諗過份量咁多,真係好驚喜,而且厚度剛剛好,烤一烤好快就熟。牛肋骨湯d肉超級軟嫩,個湯清清地,食完烤肉之後飲,即刻舒服好多,湯底好清甜。然後就到我最鍾意嘅醬油蟹配牛油飯,醬油蟹好肥美,加埋好多蟹膏,撈飯嚟食,真係好快就食晒成碗!飲品我地要左strawberry velvet 同coconut mint 沙冰,兩個都好解渴,又唔會過甜,正啊!
