To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 三條友一早約埋聚舊,做咩好?米係食囉😅其中一位坑口人,帶左我哋去MoMoKu,食韓式餐廳,但似茶餐廳feel,起碼早餐似囉,例如公仔麵改稱為部隊麵,煎蛋就叫煎焗留心蛋。我哋叫左兩客鮮奶燕麥片配雙蛋蒜蓉包,及雞肉磨菇腸意大利番茄濃湯通粉;先講客鮮奶燕麥片,賣相八十分,味道八十八分,燕麥片如杰返少少就好,味道對我嚟講啱啱好,半片蒜蓉包食到牛油及蒜香味,個包有厚度,包肉軟軟地、包邊脆脆地,唔錯;個番茄濃湯通粉個湯底比較酸左D,最攪笑原來雞肉磨菇腸係一片紙咁薄嘅cold cut,估唔到😓三杯熱飮夠大杯,加分。
