最近不知什麼原因,身邊的朋友經常提議食韓國菜這天又去了吃韓燒先來小食小食味道不錯,尤其以芽菜最好吃特選牛肋骨肉好厚身,不過一啲都唔硬,好juicy可以按自己個人喜好,剪成合適的大小韓國生菜跟麵鼓醬為減低只食肉的肥膩感,韓國人好鐘意用生菜黎包肉食一來感覺冇咁油,二來全晚唔係淨係食肉,有啲菜食健康啲加啲麵鼓醬,蒜片一齊包住食,生菜同肉juicy,而蒜又香口鮮帶子幾大粒,燒完出黎唔鞋口,幾新鮮特級肥牛包金菇這個要燒得有啲技巧,要放爐邊慢慢燒燒太急,會出現牛會過熟,但金姑未熟既情況高麗人蔘雞湯雞湯好足料,幾乎可以食到成隻雞雞肉幾嫩滑,入面仲有啲糯米,真係食湯渣都飽!雖然蔘味唔太濃,但雞肉既精華都落哂啲湯度!
