To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前路過長沙灣見到呢間雞煲店，睇外表以為係咩小食鋪，跟住同friend一起入去先知原來真係有雞煲。不過唔止雞煲，仲有埋韓燒同火鍋。個menu上面好多野可以揀，不過一定要試試雞煲，味道幾好，我地係中辣，都已經好夠味，而且都唔會好油或者好鹹，份量都好多。之後我地都有試下韓燒同火鍋，牛肉普普通通，冇乜特別，但脂肪比較多。菠蘿，雞腎同豬肉都OK，不過不失。但海鮮唔係好掂，有少少怪味，最好食係帶子，好鮮甜，但唔好食個邊皮，其他海鮮都麻麻地。同埋間鋪其實唔係好大，唔係好舒服，衛生其實都唔係幾好。
