週六晚和家人享用韓國菜,到訪尖沙咀韓膳宮。因大家怕上火熱氣,最後只點熟食不燒烤。是晚美食如下:紅燜牛肋骨:牛肋骨大件富質感,入味腍身。紅蘿蔔與蘿蔔同樣燜得軟腍,食味清甜。海鮮煎香葱餅:出品厚身,海鮮以小蝦為主,香葱口味可再加強。蛋包蝦:金黃香口,蝦肉爽實,不俗。燒銀鱈魚:雖沒預期般油潤肥美,但仍算可口。炒牛肉粉絲:牛肉份量不算多,粉絲稍稍腍了少許。辣泡菜豬肉炒飯:韓流感重,微辣挺香口。石頭鍋雞肉飯:熱辣辣出品,加少許辣汁調味,熱感再提升,屬冬日上佳之選。飯中夾雜了脆香飯焦,亦是味道吸引人之處。熱蜂蜜紅棗茶:甜度適中,感覺滋補。
