最近築地市場拓展香港市場,即將響灣仔新碼頭開幕,大家都引頸以待,但始終都仲要等多陣先對公眾開放,於是朋友就介紹左一間於10月1日於銅鑼灣搶先開張,同樣來自築地市場的豊洲水産海鮮丼専門店,止止渴先!我同朋友於開張第二日下畫6點就衝左去銅鑼灣朝聖,都有心理準備要排好耐隊,去到條人龍已經排到街尾,我哋拎左張90幾號嘅籌,心知要等第一輪啲人食完先有得入,於是就行開左一個鐘再返黎。我哋7點返到條人龍仲排到去街尾,以為有飛便不用排等叫號,怎料還是要一齊排,店員話拎倒籌只係確保食客可在10點前入座,因為當日只派200個籌,派完就無得食。唉!唯有認命排隊,早知就唔走開。不過我建議個派籌安排可以改善下,早拎籌代表早黎已經等緊,籌嘅作用就係排隊,點解仲要個人棟響度排呢?我們足足等到8點才可以入座,店內氣氛熱鬧,座無虛席是一等,店員也很殷切招待。由於我們已於等候入座時下了單,不消5分鐘第一道菜便出現了。不得不說這兒的價錢十分合理,豐斂由人,一個丼有要價百多元至兩百元,其實也叫公價,何況佢以用料上盛新鮮作招徠,質素未食已令人看高一線。首先是料理類的宮崎產燒腸,燒物一直是我心頭好,這燒腸燒得甘香,肉質肥瘦有致,

雖然前後排了兩個鐘先食倒,但終叫無令我失望,味道一如想像中美好。下次要向豊洲海鮮丼進發,但最少要等唔洗排咁耐隊或者佢優化派籌個制度先。
