To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

壽司魚生係香港人所好所以滿街都是林林總總既壽司店但有時想食好少少的壽司又好難搵今日行到過銅鑼灣又想食壽司，就去左千両，因為千両有得叫我鍾意食既toro 先叫左個七色刺身有大甜蝦，帶子，吞拿魚，toro， 八爪魚，三文魚及鱆紅魚刺身都尚算新鮮，甜蝦比較鮮甜，toro入口油脂味濃，非常好食其他就普通啦XD壽司梗係唔走得甩啦分別係中toro，帆立貝，三文魚同油金魚唔駛講toro當然好食，但始終都唔係大toro, 都唔係厚切，但頂下引都唔錯其他就保持一定水平，不過不失之後再點左魚肝壽司同海膽魚肝壽司入口未算即溶但都相當鬆化，魚油味重海膽壽司就幾新鮮，入口海膽味香而濃最後有少少未夠喉食多個蛋卷，但係有少少唔夠熱整體黎講本人覺得千両算係唔錯既連鎖壽司店，所以好多時都會選擇佢

刺身都尚算新鮮，甜蝦比較鮮甜，toro入口油脂味濃，非常好食
其他就普通啦XD
