To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

各位食友，我今日去左間口碑爆燈嘅餐廳食飯，一入去，味蕾已經做足準備迎接美味衝擊。首先，黎咗碗粟米忌廉湯，🍵唔係好creamy，但係每啖湯都食到粟米粒，香甜得嚟唔膩口，飲完心情都跟住好起來。個檸檬茶🍋稍為有啲澀，但滋味尚可，唔錫。再講吓主角，個包，真係大得嚇人，又高又闊，兩手攬都攬唔曬嗰種。烘得脆脆哋嘅外皮，啃落有咬勁，一啲唔吉水。入面夾嘅醬料，唔會太多，拌得啱啱好，吃落鹹香鹹香，真係夠曬味！再來，個蜆肉大蝦天使麵，味道得意得意！面條Q彈得黎唔會過腍，蝦同蜆肉又新鮮，最正係個醬汁，唔似平時食嗰啲太重口味，正所謂剛剛好。🍝點完正餐，點知禮尚未完，最後嚟咗個甜品—蝴蝶蘇加雪糕。清新嘅雲呢拿雪糕，加埋鬆化嘅蝴蝶酥，我就話你知，這個組合實在太搭，完美收尾！總結，今日呢個食旅，簡直係一場美味探險。如果你有空，真係應該親身試吓，順便打卡分享下呢間咁優質嘅地方！
