旺角白布街有間燒肉舖,我誠意推薦比大家。佢麻雀雖小但五臟俱全,裏面有獨立嘅燒烤爐,仲有獨立嘅抽氣系統。我同朋友點左個風味和牛定食,有胸腹肉兩塊、肩胛一塊同肉眼A4一塊,前菜每人$8位,有件師傅炮製嘅芝士卷物壽司同埋冰頭漬添,原來冰頭漬即係三文魚鼻骨嘅位置,非常罕有,食落去有軟骨嘅感覺,薄身得來又脆脆地,好特別。順帶一提只要在社交平台上分享他們的相片,即可獲得玉子燒一客呢。定食來到的時候有湯同埋沙律,麵豉湯裏面居然有大蜆,令人驚喜非常。另外沙律菜好新鮮,加上胡麻沙律醬,好有日式風味。另外日式飯上面加上日本香鬆,又香又脆,為白飯添上口感,可口非常。燒爐打開咗之後慢慢將肉烤好,不消2分鐘肉就可以吃了,由於是和牛,入口非常有肉香,配上桌上的香料粉,可以慢慢品嚐,若用來送清酒,相信亦是一個好的配搭。
