Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 適逢表弟生日兼母親節一家九個人浩浩蕩蕩去太古城行街食晚飯,表弟鐘意片皮鴨,我即刻諗到北京樓, 碰一碰運氣竟然訂到位,就係咁就家庭樂,準時1800 到達,安排坐位後,更係睇下 Menu有乜好選擇啦,雖然9人但要左8人餐再加左小籠包同牛肉餅添。最喜愛冷盤小食,套餐三款心水,醬牛展,做得淋之餘亦有咬口,凍凍地清爽,口感豐富的醬汁同食 ,絕對夏天嘅美食。醉雞亦不錯,酒香雞肉嫩滑兼去晒骨,啖啖肉,連皮都爽滑。蔥油海浙頭海浙頭入口爽脆,帶蔥油鹹香味,食落厚身比一般海浙口感更佳。脆玉瓜炒大蝦帶子,味道可以,虾係彈牙唔夠虾味,帶子平淋,脆玉瓜炒餸配什麼也可,簡單好味的。主角北京填鴨片皮上枱,份量夠晒大家分享,鴨肉連皮甘香可口,用包皮包著配料大蔥絲同甜醬汁,一口一份食真係剛剛好,包皮較薄食多幾件也不膩。甜酸炸魚用脆卜卜米通做底,幾特別酸酸甜甜醬汁開胃之選。鵝掌較鹹海參就剛好質地彈牙入晒味。還送生果盤
