To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

母親節到喇！提早慶祝唔同人迫，見有coupon就諗去沙田麗豪"濠"餐廳試試，但食評就麻麻，抱着一試無妨，各人口味唔同啫，就約埋兄弟姊妹一齊去。嘩！食物種類多，有ＢＢＱ烤肉：大大粒帶子、羊鞍、牛扒、帶子串燒等！帶子大大粒帶有香草油香好好味，羊鞍唔羶，正！仲有印度咖喱、日本魚生及壽司，三文魚很肥美，正！長脚蟹一般，凍蝦彈牙唔梅"新鮮"，龍蝦仔青口無試；食飽飽再行一圈，有movenpick雪糕食有５款味，正！尤其是合桃蜜糖，連吃３球。飽到唔會郁咁滯，waiter遞上大頭蝦每人一隻，不過烤過火，有Ｄ鞋。總知是驚喜啦！食物款多，味道好仲有好多款熱葷添，:掛住食冇影相！最後DBS咭有６折優惠，每人約２３Ｏ元(晚市)，抵！
