To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日細佬打算預祝父親節,佢又想食片皮鴨,所以就叫晒我地黎呢度食晚飯,點知我們七點半去到,居然話賣晒,其實係咪今日冇供應呀??咁快賣晒!細佬當然好失望啦,但都冇辦法,唯有叫過第二樣野啦,見佢有燒鵝,就叫隻燒鵝頂住先啦!其實睇睇餐牌,今日既餐牌同平時唔同,好多都冇,佢只係局限左你可以叫某一啲餸菜吧,價錢都比平時貴左好多,可能係就黎父親節,啲價錢就提高左吧!跟著見到有個話大龍躉可兩食,就叫左個,再叫多幾碟餸,同幾碗飯!搞掂!燒鵝到!隻燒鵝好大隻,皮都脆脆既。好多肉,味道都唔錯!椒鹽鮮魷隨後送上,鮮魷唔靱,炸粉唔算厚,香口的,但椒鹽唔夠,失左啲味道!野菌海味什菜煲,有幾款菜响入面,有生菜,西蘭花等等..入面有我鐘意食既粉絲,面頭有啲蝦米同冬菇和魷魚鬚,海味味重,個上湯入晒落啲菜度,令啲菜變得鮮甜,好食!金沙蝦球,古名思意即係用鹹蛋黃炒蝦球,鹹蛋黃炒得好香,每件蝦球都怖滿鹹蛋黃,蝦球好彈牙,正!到龍躉出場啦,第一味係西芹炒班球,班球唔係好多,得幾舊,但炒得算香,但班球唔係太滑,我們就嫌太細碟了,唔抵食!第二味係雲耳蔥度蒸頭腩,頭腩好滑,味道唔錯,但都係唔係太大碟,其實如果兩味要成三百幾蚊既話,係
